BetMania management issued this statement:

"Our website’s services were interrupted on Friday of last week due to technical issues. We apologize for any inconveniences experienced, and thank you for your patience and support. We remain committed to serving your online gaming needs for many, many years to come with the best bonuses, and best customer service. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us via email or, toll free. Thank you."

SportsBookReview.com has been working hard to get these issues resolved, and some have been, not all.  Those still affected can fill out this form.

It is not clear what caused the "technical issue".

An affected customer advised via SportsBookReview that he was told by BetPhoenix the issue may take some time to resolve.
