Six of the last eight games have gone OVER the current total of 8.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Brewers RH Freddy Peralta (2-1, 6.75 ERA) vs. Phillies RH Aaron Nola (3-0, 4.57)

Peralta will be making his sixth start of the season and first since May 2, when he was battered for nine runs - six earned - on eight hits and three walks over four innings of a loss to Colorado. The 22-year-old Dominican performed much better in relief on Tuesday, giving up three hits with two walks and five strikeouts over five scoreless frames in a victory over Washington. Peralta, who is 1-0 despite yielding seven runs over 11 1/3 innings in two road starts this year, never has faced Philadelphia.

The 25-year-old native of Louisiana recorded the victory allowing one run - for the third straight time - and three hits over six innings. Nola has yet to lose to Milwaukee, going 3-0 with a 2.37 ERA in five career starts.

The OVER is 7-1 in Nola's last 8 starts overall.
