There are plenty of alternative online websites in which to bet with this March Madness season as Draftkings only allows online betting from New Jersey currently.

West Virginia, which does not have a team in the 2019 March Madness dance, should have online betting available via Draftkings to its residents come the 2020 March Madness.
New York is in the process of licensing sports books to operate in the state, but there is still some question as to whether online/mobile will be available. If so, Draftings definitely has an in. They partnered with Del Lago Resorts & Casino in July 2018.
In Pennsylvania, the options are available albeit limited as each casino is allowed only one online partnership as opposed to a state like West Virginia where each casino can partner with three different platforms.
