The highest scoring quarter in this year's Super Bowl will be either the 2nd or 4th, at just shy of a $20 payout for every $10 bet. This according to the oddsmakers.

The 1st quarter pays $43 for every $10 bet.
The 2nd quarter pays $18 for every $10 bet.
The 3rd quarter pays $43 for every $10 bet.
The 4th quarter pays $18 for every $10 bet.
It is interesting to note that the 1st and 3rd quarters last year would have paid out $2 more while the 2nd and 4th quarters would have paid $1 less.
