Prospective buyers were said to be lining up.

The 2,400-square-foot four bedroom home on nearly one third of an acre now belongs to David Stevens, a contractor and president of XL Steel.  He has accepted an offer for $420,000.

Spilotro and his wife built the home in 1974.  It was said to have had the largest pool in the neighborhood.

Spilotro, a mob enforcer for the gambling sector, was the basis for Joe Pesci’s character in Martin Scorsese’s 1995 Las Vegas mob movie, “Casino.”.
