PokerStars Adds 2019 PSPC Online Event

At 1/1000th the current $25,000 buy-in, PokerStars was hosting an online version of its uber popular Players No Limit Hold’em Championship (PSPC).

The live event, being held in the Bahamas, will pay out more than $26 million and make at least eight lucky finalists millionaires (assuming they aren't already).

This year's PSPC is PokerStars largest and features one of the top 20 biggest payouts of any live tournament.  1039 players had entered the event. 

It is the biggest $25K buy-in event ever.

Online, the format will be replicated at a much smaller scale.  It features a $25 buy-in with $9000 added that kicked off January 6 with the 24 hour late registration now closed.

Approximately 15% of the field is expected to be paid.
