Bet the Vikings-Lions Game Week 16

This is a meaningless game for the Lions but Minnesota has plenty to play for here as a -6 road favorite.

The Vikings already got over one hurdle before coming onto the field with Washington losing to Tennessee on Saturday.

Philadelphia must lose or tie hosting a banged up Texans squad.  And obviously the Vikings must beat Detroit.  That's not a given considering these teams have split wins and losses over their last ten meetings.

If Minnesota wins their next two games and the Seahawks lose at least one of their next two matchups, the Vikings will enter the postseason as the fifth seed in the NFC.

Did You Know? The UNDER is 8-2 in the last ten meetings

49ers and Rams Wins Should Also Help Vikings

All might not be lost if the Vikings fall to Detroit.  They would then need to beat the Bears in Week 17.

Should Chicago lose to the 49ers and the Rams beat the Arizona Cardinals this week, the Bears will be locked in as the No. 3 seed in the NFC playoff, and Week 17 may mean the Bears sitting out their top players in Week 17.
