The most wagered on side Saturday was the Houston Texans as a -7 road favorite in the Meadowlands seeing 70% of the spread action.

The line opened at -6.5 and the majority of books moved to -7, not all however.  A small number of sharper books were encouraging action on the Texans.

We do see a potential opinion on New York covering here at home but any bet would have to be small.

This game goes off at 4:30 pm EST Saturday.

Kansas was seeing 75% of the action versus Villanova in College Basketball.  This one goes off at Noon EST and was not attracting the type of volume we would have anticipated for an ESPN broadcast game featuring two top teams.  The line has moved from -7.5 to -8.

Fresno State in the Las Vegas Bowl was seeing some lopsided action but closer to 55%.  They are a -5 to -6 favorite depending on the book.

The Colts as a -3 point favorite at home against the Cowboys were seeing 60% of the action Sunday and is the team to keep an eye on early though we are not seeing any move off this number.

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?
