71% of the spread bets were coming in on LA and it is interesting to note that none of the books were moving down to -5 in an effort to drive more action on Houston.  The line opened at -5.5.

Sagarin, however, suggests the line here should be only -2.5.  That probably has a lot to do with the Lakers being seven games over the .500 mark compared the the Rockets being just two games under.  They've also won seven of their last ten while Houston has lost seven of their last ten overall.

Houston has won six of the last seven games in this series.
