888 Holdings Acquires All American Poker Network

In a bid to gain a stronger foothold in the U.S. market, 888 Poker has acquired the All American Poker Network.

WHY BE AN AFFILIATE WHEN YOU CAN GET 100%?  JUST PAY $5 PER PLAYER

888Poker is widely considered the 6th largest online poker site in the world.

The All American Poker Network is the U.S. home to 888 Poker, founded as a co-venture with Avenue OLG Entertainment.  It currently exists only in Nevada, New Jersey and Delaware.

The acquisition means that 888 will take full control of the company for $28m — $10m upfront, the rest payable by March 31, 2019.

888 CEO Itai Frieberger said AAPN has been “a very successful endeavor” for 888 and assuming full control of the venture would provide “additional operational, technological and commercial flexibility to develop innovative and exciting new partnerships and launch in new states – through both B2B and B2C channels – as and when future regulation allows.”
