Charles Barkley appears in the new Draftkings commercial to promote their new sports betting app in New Jersey. Until now, New Jersey residents were only able to access internationally-licensed sports wagering sites.

The commercial will potentially be seen by some 16 million plus people throughout Eastern PA, all of New Jersey, New York City, portions of Southeast New York State and a portion of southwestern Connecticut that includes Stanford.

The first add shows the former NBA player and commentator on a plane approached by a doctor who diagnoses him with single game fixatia as Barkley is observed attempting to read his mobile device.

Single game fixatia is described as "being focused only on one game".

Draftkings new sportsbook app offers the cure, according to the doctor, who is fully dressed in hospital scrubs with stethoscope.
