PITCHING MATCHUP: Padres LH Clayton Richard (7-8, 4.43 ERA) vs. Phillies RH Jake Arrieta (7-6, 3.23)

Richard has answered a four-start winning streak with an 0-2 mark in his last four trips to the mound.

Arrieta answered an 0-4 mark in a six-start stretch by tossing seven innings in back-to-back wins, including a three-hit scoreless outing at Miami last Friday.

Baseball News

Chris Paddack Player Prop Bets

Paddack recorded 10 strikeouts over seven shutout innings on Monday in a win over the White Sox. Prior to that start, Paddack was obliterated by the Orioles, allowing nine runs on 12 hits in 5 1/3 innings.

Zach Eflin Player Prop Bets

Zach Eflin has great value in fantasy leagues for the April 26 game against the lowly Chicago White Sox.  Betting on Eflin and the Tampa Bay Rays might make sense if not for the -210 price tag.

Trevor Williams Player Prop Bets

The Nats Trevor Williams held the Astros to one run with four strikeouts across six innings in a no-decision on Saturday.  And the betting public was eating him up at a near 80% clip.
