The Angels vs. Dodgers game Saturday evening featured a line of Dodgers -133 after opening at -210.  It was not immediately clear as to why the line shifted so dramatically.

The Angels are 3-13 in their last 16 road games vs. a team with a winning home record, 2-12 in their last 14 games vs. a starter with a WHIP less than 1.15 and 1-10 in their last 11 road games vs. a team with a winning record.

Heaney is to duplicate his success from his last turn on Sunday, when he allowed three runs and three hits over seven innings in a home win over the Dodgers while registering 10 strikeouts for the second straight outing.

The Angels are 3-14 in Heaney’s last 17 road starts.

Wood pitched opposite Heaney on Sunday but came away with a no-decision after giving up three runs and five hits over six innings. That outing was the first of the 27-year-old native of North Carolina's career against the Angels,   Wood is unbeaten in his last five turns, going 4-0 with a 2.64 ERA, 29 strikeouts and five walks over 30 2/3 frames.

HOW TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL BOOKIE - 5 EASY STEPS

Baseball News

Chris Paddack Player Prop Bets

Paddack recorded 10 strikeouts over seven shutout innings on Monday in a win over the White Sox. Prior to that start, Paddack was obliterated by the Orioles, allowing nine runs on 12 hits in 5 1/3 innings.

Zach Eflin Player Prop Bets

Zach Eflin has great value in fantasy leagues for the April 26 game against the lowly Chicago White Sox.  Betting on Eflin and the Tampa Bay Rays might make sense if not for the -210 price tag.

Trevor Williams Player Prop Bets

The Nats Trevor Williams held the Astros to one run with four strikeouts across six innings in a no-decision on Saturday.  And the betting public was eating him up at a near 80% clip.
