With a win at this weekend's Kentucky Derby, Promises Fulfilled would pay out $30 for every $10 bet or $300 for every $100 bet with fluctuations in prices occurring up to post time. SCROLL DOWN FOR MORE
WHY IT PROBABLY WON'T HAPPEN
The second here for trainer Romans finished 9th in the Grade 1 Florida Derby and this outside post does not favor him at all. The all-time leading trainer at Churchill Downs, Romans has yet to win the Run for the Roses and it is the first time he will have two horses in the field.
WHY IT COULD HAPPEN
He did win the Grade 2 Fountain of Youth. In fact, he will enter the Kentucky Derby with 3 wins in 5 starts along with a 3rd place finish. It's possible the Florida Derby was just an outlier.
POST POSITION SCALE OF 1 TO 10 (10 BEING THE HIGHEST)
4: Starting from 3, five horses have won from here but it is an outside position that is not entirely favorable in today's modern race and certainly not for Promises Fullfilled.
