Rams 2018 Odds With Brandin Cooks

The LA Rams odds of winning the 2019 Super Bowl were set at 10/1 immediately following news that Brandin Cooks had been traded to the team from New England in exchange for the 23rd overall pick in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft. The Patriots also receive a sixth-round pick.

The Rams had jumped from 18/1 to 12/1 odds in recent weeks before settling in at 10/1 Tuesday.

2018 regular season betting odds were not readily available this early but oddsmakers were most certainly breaking down numbers once again this week to determine such things as the regular season win total OVER/UNDER.

The 24-year-old Cooks is the latest star acquisition for the Rams this offseason. LA, which will be without a first-round pick for the second straight year, previously traded for cornerbacks Marcus Peters and Aqib Talib, then signed defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, whom they will introduce to the media Wednesday.

Cooks played 92.7 percent of the offensive snaps.  He had 10 catches for 155 yards in the postseason before being knocked out of the team's Super Bowl LII loss to the Philadelphia Eagles with a concussion in the second quarter.
