Man Arrested for Stealing Food From Casino, Punching Employee in the Face

A 25-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly trying to steal snacks meant for casino customers then attacking an employee who tried to stop the theft.

Missoula police were called to the One Eyed Jacks Casino on Reserve Street. An employee reported that Jordan Nall had been taking snacks that were only supposed to be available to people playing the machines.

Nall attempted to flee with the snacks upon being confronted by the employee. When the employee chased after the thief, he turned around and punched her in the head. Nail also is accused of spitting at the employee.

Casino patrons eventually subdued Nail and held the culprit until police arrived.

He made a court appearance on Friday and is being held on $50,000 bail.
