Purdue Boilermakers 2018 March Madness Betting Odds, Seeding

The Purdue Boilermakers were coming in at 12/1 odds of winning the 2018 March Madness NCAA Men's College Basketball Tournament

Outlook

Purdue lost to Michigan and struggled down the stretch, losing four of ten outright. They did win five straight heading into their loss against the Wolverines and have only covered the spread in a single game in their last tenPurdue needs Vincent Edwards to return to full strength.  Edwards leads the Boilermakers in scoring at 18.5 points per game while contributing 3.9 rebounds and 3.0 assists but is recovering from an ankle injury.

Power Rating

Heading into March Madness 2018, Purdue had a 92.09 power rating and should be a +2.5 underdog if they were to theoretically face number one Villanova on a neutral court.
