Scoring props are especially popular for every Super Bowl. You can bet on the first team to score and the last team to score. Typically the favorite to win the Super Bowl will be favored to score first and last.

Another popular scoring prop bet is what the first and last score will be (touchdown or field goal).
Last year, the Patriots were a favorite to score last and did so in overtime. It should be noted that some books do offer the last score of the Super Bowl as part of regulation.
The Pats were also listed as the favorite to score first and failed to do so in Super Bowl 51. This is why we say the underdog will always have solid value.
