This year's Camping World Bowl features a solid matchup between two 9-3 teams that also have identical records Against The Spread (6-6): Virginia Tech and Oklahoma State.  The Cowboys are a -5.5 favorite after opening at -7.  The line is dropping despite around 65% of the betting action coming in on OSU.  The line on this game should be Oklahoma State -1.5 so we anticipate a cover by Virginia Tech.
