Week 16 NFL Opening Odds and Notes

The Bears opened as 7-point favorites against winless Cleveland. Chicago has lost seven consecutive games when listed as the favorite. 

The Lions are 3.5-point favorites at Cincinnati. Detroit hasn’t beaten the Bengals since 1992 (0-5 SU/1-4 ATS). 

Jacksonville hasn't won a game in California since 2005 (0-6 since) and the Jags are 5.5-point chalk at San Francisco.
