Ace Revenue Casino Affiliate Program Reviews

From POGG:

Player Issues – The AceRevenue properties are made up of remnants of the old Virtual group of casinos. This group was widely considered to be one of the worst groups in the business generating very large volumes of player complaints.

More recently both AceRevenue and the other half of the Virtual group GamblingWages have made very public commitments to rectifying the problems of the past and turning their ship around. Many operators have made similar claims in that past that have not lived up to the talk. AceRevenue are beginning to look legitimate however. Since the claim was made at the end of 2013 complaints have dropped off significantly and those that do come in are being dealt with appropriately.

From an affiliate’s perspective at GPWA:

As an affiliate, I can see AceRevenue always pay my commission every month, sometime it's late for few days, but it still good.

As a player at Silver Oak Casino and Planet 7 Casino, sometime, i saw some Complaints, but all of it will be solved. I have a lot of friends playing at Silver Oak Casino and still got payments from them.

Another did not exactly share that optimism:

Well I'm happy for you and your friends but I have a list of players that would beg to differ and besides this is more about Ace Revenue not responding to complaints from a GPWA member. Under GPWA's "CODE OF CONDUCT" they are obligated to do so.

This player would later acknowledge that he was in contact with a rep for Ace Revenue, who he said was looking to sort out any complaints.

While the above player revealed that those complaints in question had ultimately been resolved, he still receives complaints from time to time.
