Gambling, Stripper Parties ‘Pervasive’ at Boston College, Former Student Claims

A former Boston College running back kicked off the team for his involvement in betting on games, including Boston College matchups, released a two-minute video depicting a recruitment party at the university that occurred in 1995.

Jamall Anderson would later confess to credit card fraud in order to fund the parties.

TMZ.com obtained the decades old video depicting minors taking shots of alcoholic and getting laptops from scantily clad strippers.

"This 22-year-old video, which is alleged to have taken place at Boston College, depicts unauthorized and unacceptable behavior that does not reflect the culture of BC or the standards to which our student-athletes are held," Boston College said in a statement issued this week immediately following release of the shock video.

Anderson said the program was well aware of the parties, however, and also knew how pervasive the gambling was.

"Gambling was so universal on the team" Anderson said to the Associated Press at the time. "All the coaches knew we were gambling."

Anderson released the video ahead of a new book he’s authored that he hopes will educate student athletes to avoid the same mistakes he made.
