The Oakland Raidersodds of winning the 2018 Super Bowl were set at 35/1 for a potential payout of $3500 on a $100 bet.  They were expected to win 8.5 regular season games this season.

From ESPN.com:

Tampa Bay addressed its weaker spots this offseason by going after secondary weapons for Jameis Winston in DeSean Jackson and first-round pick O.J. Howard. Safety, a perennial problem, might actually be fixed after the Bucs signed T.J. Ward this past weekend. If Tampa can control the line of scrimmage, especially on offense, it's going to be a problem for every team in 2017.
