How Good Will the Baltimore Ravens Be This Year - 2017: Latest Futures Odds

The Baltimore Ravens are expected to win 8 or fewer games in 2017, a result of news that starting quarterback Joe Flacco may be out for an extended period of time.  Their odds of winning the Super Bowl were 50/1 and the AFC North 11/4 but currently OFF THE BOARD still at most books as of August 4.

Offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg confirmed they did not yet have a timeline on Flacco’s return, though he will miss at least the first week due to a shoulder injury.

“The important thing is [that] there will come a time where we have a plan for him, and we’re not quite there yet, and it may come pretty quick,” Mornhinweg said. “So we’ll see. Maybe I’m hoping and wishing, but I hope that comes pretty quickly.”

He added: “By Joe’s account, he’s getting better and feeling better and all those things.  When he’s back, it’ll be a good thing to get him back. From here until that time, we’re rocking and rolling with the fellow we have.”
