Australia's James Obst claimed his first World Series of Poker gold bracelet Thursday evening in the 2017 WSOP's Event #26, $10,000 Razz Championship. Tyler Groth, meanwhile, walk away with a $179,126 win and his first WSOP bracelet in the $1,000 Pot-Limit Omaha event.
Obst's victory was worth $265,138.
He clawed back from a significant deficit during heads-up play against the tournament's eventual runner-up, Eric Kurtzman.

"I need to get my phone fixed," said Groth after the win. "I'm not kidding, man. It's the one thing going through my head right now because I can't contact anybody. Nobody knows. They knew with three left on dinner break, but nobody knows what happened yet unless they were watching. Then, my phone should be blowing up."
