Nascar Xfinity Series Hisense 4K TV 300 Betting Preview, Odds, Free Picks

Nascar Xfinity Series – 2017 Hisense 4K TV 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, in , NC, will take place on Saturday, May 27th, at 1:00 PM ET with the race broadcast on Fox Sports 1

After a 3-week break, the 2017 NASCAR Xfinity Series picks things up at Charlotte Motor Speedway for the Hisense 4K TV 300.

This is the first of 2 races during the season to be held at Charlotte, This race began in 1978. and It was a night race from 2005 to 2009, but was moved back to the afternoon in 2010 and it has always been a 300-mile race..

Charlotte Motor Speedway is known as the home track for many teams in NASCAR. It is a 1.5-mile track with 24 degrees of banking in the corners, and 5 degrees down the straightaways

. It can be a place for exciting racing, but you need to have a good starting position if you want a real chance to win.

Looking back at recent years. The last 16 winners have all started 10th or better (and 10th on the grid only happened on 3 occasions) and 8 of the last 9 winners have started in the top 3, including 3 winners from the pole.

Denny Hamlin won this race in 2016, starting third on the gird and leading a race-high 76 laps.

Austin Dillon was next across the finish line, while Joey Logano led 58 laps and finished third.

Previous Winners

Cole Custer was next followed by Justin Allgaier. Erik Jones won the pole, but he got in trouble and finished 31st, three laps down.

This was Hamlin’s lone win of the Xfinity season, although he made just 2 starts: he also finished second at Darlington Raceway later in the year.

Kyle Busch leads all drivers in the Charlotte spring race with 5 wins, while Mark Martin has 3 wins. Morgan Shepherd, Harry Gant, Dale Earnhardt Sr., Tim Richmond, Dale Jarrett, Jeff Green and Matt Kenseth have each won this race twice.

Past Winners (Last Five)

Year Winner Team

2016 Denny Hamlin Joe Gibbs Racing

2015 Austin Dillon Richard Childress Racing

2014 Kyle Larson Turner Scott Motorsports

2013 Kyle Busch Joe Gibbs Racing

2012 Brad Keselowski Penske Racing

PICKS AND PREDICTIONS

Austin Dillon is our pick, if he decides to enter the Hisense 4K TV 300. He has a finishing average of 6.38 in 8 starts with 2 wins at Charlotte in the Xfinity Series, including one in the spring, and he followed up last year’s second-place run in the spring by finishing 14th in the fall.

, (he also swept Charlotte in 2015 in this series) Of course, you have to factor in Kyle Busch, who has 8 wins in 24 Xfinity starts at Charlotte, and 5 of those wins came in the spring race,

but with the new rules pertaining to full-time drivers being limited in the number of Xfinity races they can run, Busch might be out of luck.
