2nd Man Arrested in Double Shooting at Casino

Police have arrested a second individual the believe is responsible for shooting two victims at a popular casino.

The incident occurred January 29 in the parking garage of Baltimore’s Horseshoe Casino.

On Friday, detectives arrested 27-year-old Joseph Jennings.  Immediately after the shooting, another man, 26-year-old Roosevelt Oneal, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.

One of the victims had been shot in the hand and another in the foot.  Neither shooting was life-threatening.  The victims told detectives that an earlier verbal fight with a group of men erupted once again when they encountered each other.
