Heat Go for 14 Straight Wins vs. Sixers: Still Under .500 Mark

The Miami Heat will attempt to extend their win streak to 14 Saturday night against the Philadelphia 76ers.  LIVE IN-PLAY WAGERING is available for this game.

Miami has broken the league record for most consecutive wins for a team under the .500 mark.  They currently would pay out more than $10,000 on a $100 bet should they capture the Eastern Conference Championship.

The 76ers won in their last outing to break a 5-game losing streak.  They have only won three of their last ten games overall and are 3-7 Straight Up in their last ten games facing Miami.

A victory tonight will have the Heat reach the second-longest winning streak in franchise history.

"I don't think we're doing a whole lot different than what we were doing at the beginning of the season," said guard Tyler Johnson. "I think we're just closing out games a lot better."

The Heat have covered the spread in all but one of their last 13 victories, and even that lone failure to cover turned out to be a push.
