Police Seek Suspect in Casino Garage Shooting

Baltimore police have arrested one individual and are seeking another in the double-shooting that occurred in the Horseshoe Casino parking garage last weekend.  

Roosevelt Oneal, 26, was arrested Thursday, police said, and was charged with attempted first-degree murder.  He was believed to have been the driver.  The actual shooter is still on the run.

Police video has been released to the public.
