Anthony "Skinny" Santoro, of Great Kills, and his three co-defendants -- Vito Badamo, Nicholas Santora and Ernest Aiello – will be tried again following a mistrial.

The Baonanno associates were charged in July 2013 with loansharking, gambling, drug dealing and grand larceny.  Intercepted wiretap calls led to their arrests.  The three-month trial ended in May of this past year due to juror dissension.

The new trial is set to begin April 10 in Manhattan Supreme Court.
