Filipino fighter Manny Pacquaio teased fight fans with an Instagram photo of Floyd Mayweather Jr. appearing in the lining of his jacket over the weekend, a further indication that these two star boxers may again end up in the ring together.
Odds on Pacquiao-Mayweather II have already begun appearing at some online books with Mayweather, Jr. listed at 1-4 odds and Pacquiao at 3-1. The Draw would pay out 25-1 odds.
The two last met in 2015 in Vegas with Mayweather winning. The fight failed to live up to expectations as disagreements outside the ring resulted in a multi-year wait for the much-anticipated bout.
Mayweather retired soon after that fight but rumors have been rampant of late that the two would step back into the ring.
Pacquiao has recently stated that he would like to fight Mayweather again. The Intagram photo of Mayweather sewn into the Fillipino’s jacket inner lining has done little to quell the rumors.
