September 14, 2016 – Gambling911.com has your Jets vs. Bills betting line moves for Week 2 and this one has been very fluid, though you would hardly notice Wednesday with New York a -1.5 favorite just about everywhere.
On Sunday, the number opened at Buffalo -2.5 and drifted up to -3 by Monday morning.
Late morning Monday the number dropped to -1.5 then by late afternoon fell all the way to EVEN.
The Jets only became a favorite on Wednesday.
Obviously the action has had everything to do with this crazy line movement. Even at -1.5 the Jets were seeing 75 percent. We can only imagine what type of volume was coming in on New York early on in the week.
The best in the business (including the likes of Bookmaker, BetOnline, etc…) have all followed this trend.
The oddsmakers are reacting in a big way to the action coming in and therefore do not have an opinion that the Bills are going to cover the original line. It’s hard to say whether the Jets will actually win or cover here. We only know the oddsmakers are in total fear of this game.
