Sports Handicapper Philly Prince Victim of Double Attempted Hit and Run

A popular sports handicapper, Dale Stickel, better known as “The Philly Prince” was nearly twice run over by a vehicle driven by his neighbor in what police believe was an attempted hit and run.

Stickel was out walking his pet cat around 7:09 p.m in Whitehall, PA last Tuesday when he saw his neighbor Robert Creem, 69, speed out of a parking lot and drive over 200 feet of grass toward him. Creem missed and attempted to mow him down again. Both times Stickel was able to jump out of the way.

Gambling911.com intrepid reporter Thomas Somach, an acquaintance of Stickel’s, only learned of the incident this weekend.

Whitehall police did not say if Stickel or the cat were injured not what led up to the incident.
