If you are trying to open an online betting account on the Preakness Stakes official wagering site XPressBet.com, you won’t be able to do it from Texas.

This is one of over a dozen states that are prohibited by US-based horse racing sites. International websites like BetOnline, which has been in business since 1999, welcome residents of Texas and with top cash bonus offers, including 7 percent track rebates (losses back).

Unlike the US-based horse wagering sites, BetOnline does not require its customers to provide their social security number or fill out lengthy tax forms.

Texans can trust BetOnline as a Gambling911.com endorsed online gambling website.
