The latest payout complaint relates to a month’s long wait on a Bitcoin request.

Money transfers using the anonymous digital currency are only supposed to take a few hours.

In the case of this player, the story does have a happy ending after SBR decided to step in on his behalf.

From Sportsbook Review:

The player reported that his balance with BetOwi is over $2,000 and that he was concerned on why the payout had not been processed.

BetOwi has addressed the complaint and confirmed that the player has now been paid.

The company is look to have their rating lowered along with sister company SportsBettingOnline for an accumulation of poor feedback from players on payment time and payout limits, SBR also noted.

Both BetOWI.com and SportsBettingOnline.com are currently graded with a D+ by SportsBookReview.
