The Steelers odds to win Super Bowl 50 were set at 15/1 heading into Week 17.  The short odds are a result of Pittsburgh’s success in the post season and at winning championships.  Pittsburgh has won more Super Bowl titles (6), and hosted more conference championship games (11) than any other NFL team.

The Steelers (10-6) beat the Browns 28-12 on Sunday.

Cincinnati entered Week 17 with the best record in the NFL Against The Spread.

They did what Pittsburgh failed to do last week by knocking off the Baltimore Ravens.

AJ McCarron started in place of an injured Andy Dalton and could start against Pittsburgh for this Wildcard matchup.  Dalton is expected to have his injured thumb examined on Sunday to determine if it is fully healed.

''It's a great matchup and a great rivalry and we are excited,'' said McCarron, who is 2-1 as a starter in Dalton's place. ''We are just excited about getting to play in the playoffs, especially a game at home, and to make the most of it.''

Action on this game early had balanced out with the line on Pittsburgh -3.
