There are a number of state restrictions when it comes to placing a bet on the Breeders Cup Classic online at either TVG or TwinSpires.

We are happy to inform you that, while the licensed US-books will not take wagers from the following states, BetDSI.com (located offshore and in business since 1997) will and they offer some of the best cash incentives and rebates for horse bettors.

Hundreds of thousands of bets on Saturday’s race will be placed with the few dozen offshore racebooks that do accept customers from these states.

Prohibited states include the following:

Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands.  Most offshore online books do accept residents of these jurisdictions.

A number of these states either do not allow gambling (i.e. Utah, Hawaii) or do not have horse racing.
