The Packers have had eight months to think about their defeat in last year’s NFC title game to the Seattle Seahawks. This time around the Packers get to play the Seahawks at Lambeau Field where they have beaten Seattle in the last five meetings. The Packers lost a year ago in Seattle as the Seahawks scored two late TDs to force overtime and then got the win. The Packers have lost three straight games at CenturyLink Field in Seattle but they have won the last five at Lambeau against the Seahawks. The Packers were unbeaten at home last season and they want to continue their winning streak. "We're focusing on going 2-0, winning our first home game," coach Mike McCarthy stated. Seahawks Defense Struggling without Kam
The Seahawks defense didn’t play well last week without safety Kam Chancellor who is holding out. They could be in for another long night on Sunday going against Aaron Rodgers who threw for nearly 300 yards per game at home last season. The Packers are without wide receiver Jordy Nelson for the season but the addition of James Jones was a great one as Jones picked up right where he left off and had a great game last week in the win over the Bears.
