Gambling911.com has your Colts vs. Bills betting line and Daily Fantasy Sports picks for Week 1.

Buffalo was coming into this game as a +2.5 home underdog.  The total was set at 45. Just shy of 80% of those betting this game were backing Indianapolis, though the volume was not as high as the Dolphins-Skins or Packers-Bears games.

Indianapolis beat Buffalo by 7 points the last time facing them at home in 2012.

Indianapolis is 7-2 Straight Up in its last 9 games but will have to contend with a Bills squad that has covered the spread in five of their last six.  The total has gone UNDER in the Colts last five games and seven of the Bills last eight games.

When it comes to Daily Fantasy, Colts starting quarterback Andrew Luck $8.3K will almost always have players licking their chops.  This week, against Rex Ryan’s new Buffalo defense, will be a notable exception.

While the Colts defense is suspect, the Bills pricey offensive players are not worth the risk though tight end Charles Clay $3.7K does deserve some consideration.  Indianapolis rarely fared well against tight ends last season.
