Bridgewater showed great improvement down the stretch last season, amassing a 10-6 touchdown-to-interception ratio his final six games while averaging 240 yards/game. He also completed more than 70% of his passes in the final five games of the season.

Bridgewater will cost you around $6.5K early on.  He’ll certainly be worth a look in Week 3 against a Chargers defense that permitted 4.5 yards per carry last season.

ESPN.com  Matt Berry writes of Charles Johnson ($4.9K):

(Mike) Wallace’s fantasy value last season came more from touchdowns than yardage, and as he's on his third team in four years, it'll take time to make a connection with Teddy Bridgewater. It's a connection Johnson already has. Norv Turner's offense tends to be much better for one specific WR than two, and if Wallace doesn't get the ball early (a real possibility), this could go south in a hurry.

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?
