Even with some defensive inefficiencies entering the season, the Cardinal is among the favorites to take the Pac-12 North title, along with Oregon and Washington depending on who you ask and where you get your college football info. We here at Diamond are expecting big things from this program in 2015, and we are going to predict that Stanford will win their home game with Oregon in November that will essentially decide the division.
The lovely +500 offered on the Cardinal to surprise the rest of the Pac-12 has us drooling at the thought of suggesting that Stanford will not only win the division, but will take the Pac-12 Conference title when it is all said and done.
Oregon has plenty of QB issues that will get in their way, and Washington is simply not ready to manage a freshman QB to the Promised Land either. So enjoy the Stanford season, because we think that they are going to be the talk of the conference this season.
