Gambling magnate and GOP mega donor Sheldon Adelson has aligned himself with a few more politicians to support his legislation that would ban most forms of online gambling, including poker, at the federal level.

Adelson’s measure, Restore America’s Wire Act or RAWA for short, was co-authored by South Carolina Republican Senator and US Presidential candidate Lindsey Graham and Utah Republican Representative Jason Chaffetz.

Co-sponsors of the bill include Senators Kelly Ayotte (R-NH), Dan Coats (R-IN), Mike Lee (R-UT), Marco Rubio (R-FL), Thom Tillis (R-NC) and Dianne Feinstein (D-CA).

Now comes former Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott (R-MS) and former Sen. John Breaux (D-LA), both of whom signed on to assist Adelson with his efforts this week.
