It seems likely that either Curry or James will win the MVP award and there is no value at all in taking either player. If you like Curry to win the MVP you are better off just taking Golden State to win the series as the price is same and then you don’t have to worry about someone like Klay Thompson getting the award. The same thing applies to LeBron James as if you like LeBron to win the MVP you are better off taking the Cavaliers to win the series. It is hard to see any other player other than Curry or LeBron winning the MVP so there is not much value on any of the longshots.
