German player Dietrich Fast is chip leader going in to Day 2 of the #PCA2015 Main Event. His 208,200 stack beats last night's chip leader from PokerStars Team Online - who has 169,000. Millar is now third in chips just behind American Konstantinos Pantaridis with 184,000.

There were 368 survivors from the 587 players who competed today, and they will join yesterday's 139 Day 1a survivors to make it 507 coming back at noon tomorrow. In all, 807 players taken part so far but they have until the start of Day 2 to enter. Tomorrow's starters will certainly include LAPT Bahamas runner-up Martin Finger who made a late appearance in the reg room just now in a bid to buy in tonight.

Today's field included several celebrities and scores of top poker pros. UFC champ Tito Ortiz, Seinfeld star Jason Alexander and top golfer Sergio Garcia all competed, but only the Spaniard - who turned 35 today - made it through and he is very short-stacked on 7,500.

A large number of Team PokerStars Pros also survived Day 1b including Daniel Negreanu, Liv Boeree, Leo Margets, Jonathan Duhamel, Jake Cody, ElkY and Jason Mercier as well as Team Online's Marc-Andre Ladouceur and Ike Haxton.

Numerous players who won their PCA trips for just a few $$ in online satellites have also survived Day 1b. They include Columbian student Laura Garzon who qualified in a 2 FPP rebuy event on PokerStars. She will be back for Day 2 with 35,800. PokerStars freeroll winner Viktoras Keinichas has 108,000 while Russian player Arseniy Sudilovskiy, who also won his trip for nothing after beating thousands of hopefuls in the Team Pro "Protege" competition, has 12,600. German player Sebastian Freudenberg, who qualfified for just $4, has 51,700 and Tomas Biliunas, who spent 10 FPPs to get to the PCA, has 38,400. Overall more than 330 players qualified for this year's event.

Last year's champion Dominik Panka is also still in the field. He played yesterday and returns for Day 2 with 42,200.
