Joshua Kay Leads LAPT Bahamas Final 11 Players

Joshua Kay will come as the chip leader on tomorrow’s LAPT Bahamas Final 11 players. The US player will take out of the bag 2,541,000 chips to fight for the first LAPT Bahamas trophy. A total of 183 players started Day 2 today from the 532 who entered. Overall there were 736 entries for the first LAPT Main Event to be held at the PCA, generating a $1,945,248 prize pool. The winner will get $367,928 with 111 places paid. After 11 levels of play, only these 11 players are coming tomorrow:

Two PCA champions will be facing closely another PokerStars tour tropy, Dimitar Danchev (2013) and Galen Hall (2011). Danchev, third in chips, and Hall, seventh in chips, are not going to have an easy road to the Final Table as other players, such as, Mustapha Kanit, fourth place in last year’s PCA High Roller, and WSOP bracelet winner, and EPT Main Event and Super High Roller champion, Martin Finger. The last Team PokerStars Pro in the tournament was Victor Ramdin, who was eliminated in 51st position, and cashing a check of $7,000.

Bubble burst 
Canadian player Todd Sisley elimination gave 111 players at the tournament a big smile. Each of them were going to get back at least $4,860. Sisley’s pair of Jacks couldn’t hold against Taylor Paurr’s A-Q.
