The 2015 Sugar Bowl betting odds for Alabama vs. Ohio State had the Buckeyes as a +7.5 home underdog across the board

Both teams finished the season with identical 12-1 records, certainly worthy of the Playoff. Ohio State, however, enjoyed an 8-5 record Against The Spread while Alabama had the complete opposite ATS record of 5-8.  The Buckeyes are currently riding an 11 game win streak.

Ohio State is 6-2 Against the Spread in their last 8 non-conference games while Alabama is 5-11-1 ATS in their last 17 games overall and 1-6-1 ATS in their last 8 games after accumulating more than 450 total yards in their previous game.  They are an abysmal 0-7-1 ATS in their last 8 non-conference games.

Action was balanced on this game.
