Brian Altman leads the last 200 players in to Day 3 of the record-breaking EPT11 Prague. The American will return to a massive 704,100 chip-stack tomorrow (Sunday). Altman, who’s currently residing in Canada, won his seat for Prague in a €320 NL Deep Hyper Turbo on PokerStars.

The 26-year-old has been to several PCAs but rarely competes in mainland Europe. His best live result to date was fifth in a tourney in Borgata last month and he also min-cashed the PCA in January.

Team PokerStars Pros George Danzer, Eugene Katchalov, Johnny Lodden, Vanessa Selbst, Liv Boeree also made it through along with their Team Online colleague Mickey Petersen. Former EPT champions Jannick Wrang, Davidi Kitai and Pieter De Korver survived as well as the EPT100 Super High Roler champ Olivier Busquet.

RECORD-BREAKING FIELD CREATED €969,000 FIRST PRIZE
There were 1,107 players in the EPT11 Prague Main Event, surpassing last season's number by 100 entrants (342 appeared on day 1a, 752 on day 1b and 13 opted to buy in at start of day 2). They created a €5,368,950 prize pool including €969,000 prepared for the eventual winner. 159 places are paid with the bubble bursting tommorow to secure survivors at least a €8,790 cashout.

RUSSIA WITH STRONGEST GROUP, AHEAD OF GERMANY AGAIN
Record-breaking field composed of players from 64 countries, most of them coming from Russia - 98 (slightly under 9%). Germans had also very strong representation here in Prague, locking in 2nd place with 94 participants, while the Brits maintained their last year's third position, meaning all top 3 standings remain exactly the same as in season 10. The home country was represented by 33 players.
