The Dolphins vs. Patriots betting odds had New England as a -7.5 favorite at BetPhoenix.ag.

This is a critical matchup for Miami, which still stands an outside chance of making the Playoffs.  They are 7-6 both Straight Up and Against The Spread coming into this game.

The Patriots are 10-3 Straight Up and have paid out in eight of those games.

The home team has won the last four in this series and, it is interesting to note, Miami has beaten New England in their last two meetings.  Prior to this, the Pats had won six straight games against Miami.

The Dolphins are 6-2 Against The Spread in their last 8 games following a double-digit loss at home and are 30-12 ATS in their last 42 road games vs. a team with a winning home record.

The Patriots are 7-1 ATS vs. a team with a winning record, 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 vs. AFC but are 4-11 ATS in their last 15 games after allowing less than 250 total yards in their previous game.
