According to the Linesmakers of Sporting News, Holland might be a good bet even at the high price.

The Dutch should be more than 3-to-1 – about -327, in fact – so laying the number here is prudent. Costa Rica may be tempting at +675 at the LVH, but AccuScore says Los Ticos should be closer to 16-to-1.
