While bookmakers in general typically root for the UNDER (a la public sentiment going the other way), Super Bowl 2014 total betting has Vegas and online websites hoping for an OVER.  Bet this game LIVE, every play, every minute as the game is happening at Bookmaker here Also qualify to receive up to $2500 in FREE BETS.  In business since 1986.

The current total as of Friday afternoon was 48.5 and that number had moved up, an indication that the sportsbooks were attempting to drive more action to the UNDER.  The UNDER was the 5th biggest bet of Sunday’s Super Bowl.

The last six Super Bowls have seen an exact split of OVERs and UNDERs with three overs and three UNDERs.

All three games (of the six) where the total was in the 40s went over and the three in the 50s went UNDER.

When an AFC team has been favored in seven of the last nine Super Bowl games, all have gone UNDER the total with the exception of one.

It is interesting to note that, since 2000, the OVER would have been 4-10 using the current number of 48.5.

While Gambling911.com has been bullish on the Browns over the past two weeks, action was balanced on this one with the line only moving up a half point over the course of the week, making this game less attractive in terms of a glaring "must bet" situation.
